Our Scope of Work (but not limited to):
- Clean and power wash areas to be painted with appropriate cleaning solutions
- Mask and protect all surfaces not scheduled for painting
- Remove and return hardware and fixtures
- Scrape and sand to remove loose and peeling paint
- Sand all surface smooth to prepare for new paint
- Set loose nails
- Prime bare wood and metal surfaces
- Patch any holes
- Caulk cracks in stucco, around windows and doors as needed
- Apply two coats of premium paint to surfaces
- Clean up all masking material and waste
- Provide homeowner with labeled touch up paint
